Both the start and finish shall be in front of St. Catherine's Hospital in Pitkali Road, Misrah Kola, Attard. The route shall pass through a number of roads used for the Vodafone Malta Marathon and shall be concentrated around Ta' Qali and parts of Attard.

Male and Female race records: 2020 Charlton Debono in 30:47 (St. Catherine's route) and 2024 Jemima Farley in 34:25 (Ta' Qali route)

As from 2018, all finishers started collect points for the Hall Of Fame Challenge that eventually lead to the distribution of €8,000 in cash or vouchers to the respective individual (also age categories) and club winners.
