Both the start and finish shall be in front of St. Catherine's Hospital in Pitkali Road, Misrah Kola, Attard. The route shall pass through a number of roads used for the Vodafone Malta Marathon and shall be concentrated around Ta' Qali and parts of Attard.

Start to 3km - Triq Pitkali. Triq Il-Gradilja, Triq Durumblat, Ta' Qali Animal Sanctuary.
3km to 6km - BOV Adventure Park car park and service road, model aircraft runway, nationl stadium, car park.
6km to 9km - American Embassy, Vjal L-Istadium Nazzjonali, Triq Mdina, Triq Il-Linja, Triq Dun Mikiel Xerri.
9km to Finish - Triq Il-Gibjun, Triq Pitkali.

As from 2018, all finishers collect points for the Go Sport Leaderboard Hall Of Fame Challenge that will eventually lead to the distribution of €8,000 in cash or vouchers to the respective individual (also age categories) and club winners.
